Distress Centre Calgary offers all services free of charge to the public.
If you are looking for a way to make a difference in your community, the
Distress Centre offers several excellent opportunities. You can volunteer in many capacities,
attend or sponsor a fundraising event, or make a personal donation to the agency.
Volunteering

Last year, over 300 volunteers contribute over 33,000 hours managing the crisis lines, delivering presentations, organizing fundraising events and providing governance on our Board of Directors.
