Crisis lines

We offer a main crisis and addictions line as well as specialty phone lines providing crisis intervention and information and referral services 24/7, 365 days a year.

The easy to remember, three digit 211 number which provides information and referral to community and social services.

Professional counselling

The no fee crisis counselling program is delivered by registered social workers. Counselling sessions occur on-site at the Distress Centre and are short-term in nature with the goal of stabilizing the situation.

All Distress Centre services are free of charge to the public. Donations are gratefully accepted.
