Some problems are hard to open up about. So, it's best to talk to someone who knows exactly where you're coming from. ConnecTeen works to connect youth to peer support, another youth volunteer who understands their unique perspective and can help talk though their problems. Every evening, from 5pm - 10pm, ConnecTeen is offering more options for youth to connect in a way that's comfortable and feels safe, either on the phone 403-264-TEEN (8336) or online on ConnecTeen Chat.
On March 11, 2011 the Hitmen face off against the Lethbridge Hurricanes with a portion of ticket proceeds going to Distress Centre. Come support Distress Centre's introduction of ConnecTeen; a great new service connecting Calgary youth to peer support for any problem they are facing, all while cheering on the Hitmen.
