Award Winning Sports Broadcaster Ron MacLean
Ron MacLean brings more than 30 years of award-winning experience to his roles as host of Hockey Night in Canada and co-host of Rogers Hometown Hockey.
Ron knows Olympic sport well and has been a passionate advocate for Olympians. He will lead a panel discussion on the mental health challenges some of the best athletes in the world face during their career.
Canadian Speed Skater Catriona Le May Doan
Two–time Olympic gold medalist and World Champion in speed skating, Catriona Le May Doan was known as the “fastest woman on ice”. Catriona is the only woman to set eight consecutive world records in one distance.
A CBC commentator, author, motivational speaker, recipient of the Order of Canada, Chef de Mission for the 2022 Olympic Winter Games, and a mum of two, Catriona is presently President and CEO of Sport Calgary.
Performance Psychologist Dr. Karen MacNeill
Dr. Karen MacNeill is a performance psychologist, speaker, and consultant with over 20 years of experience working with Olympians, Fortune 500 business leaders, and organizations.
Whether she is mentally preparing Olympians for gold medal performances or helping executives leverage their strengths, Dr. Karen believes that cultivating the freedom to perform by developing mental fitness and bolstering resilience is integral to achieving high levels of personal and performance excellence.
